To start the sign up process from Web application:
1. Go to our website login page and click on “Sign up”
2. Fill the sign-up form with all the mandatory details and click on “Sign up”.(If you entered both email and mobile number then you need to verify both)
3. Verify mobile number by clicking on” Verify”-Pop up opens.
4. Check your registered number and an open mobile number verification message . Take OTP and enter in the “Enter OTP” text box.
5. For email verification you need to visit the verification email on your registered email id then click on the verification link and it redirect to a website-login page.
6. On the login page you need to enter the registered email address/mobile number and password.

-To start the sign up process from Desktop application:
1. Download the application
2. Once the app is installed, open it.
3. From login page click on “Sign up”
4. Fill the sign-up form with all the mandatory details and click on “Sign up”.(If you entered both email and mobile number then you need to verify both)
5. Verify mobile number by clicking on” Verify”-Pop up opens.
6. Check your registered number and an open mobile number verification message. Take OTP and enter in the “Enter OTP” text box.
7. For email verification you need to visit the verification email on your registered email id then click on the verification link and Redirect to a login page.
8. On the login page you need to enter the registered email address/mobile number and password.

The login process from Web application:
1. Go to our website login page and enter your registered e-mail or mobile number and password
2. Click on “Login”

-The login process from the Desktop application:
1. Download and install the application
2. On login page enter your registered email or mobile number and password
3. Click on “Login”

Click on “Forgot password”
Enter your registered email or mobile number->click on “Submit”
If you enter email then you will get reset password link on your email
Click on the reset password link->redirects to website where you enter the password and confirm password and click on “Submit”
If you enter a mobile number then you will get 6-digit code on your entered mobile number.
After entered number and clicking on submit redirects to a page where you need to enter received OTP, Password and confirm password fields and click on “Submit”

– Referral code is a code which can be obtained from any registered user of PhotoSelect and both the referral and the referee will earn reward points.

 Referral code can be used at the time of signup only. Open sign up form and enter the Referral code which you have.

-You can receive a referral code once you register on PhotoSelect.

– Whenever someone uses your referral code to sign up and makes their first purchase, you will be rewarded with reward points

– Go to the refer and earn page on the profile tab and click on redeem
